Need to Return a product?

To return a product to Positive Supports, you'll need to call us at 1-541-621-2881. No returns of any type will be accepted without contacting us first.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:

  • Customer name

  • Invoice number

  • Item name and/or number(s)

  • Nature of the problem

Other terms for returned products:

  • Only defective products are eligible for return.

  • We will gladly provide an exchange at no cost or apply credit to the account.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
